LAKE ERIE FISHING CHARTER

The cooler days of fall is the prime time for yellow perch fishing on Lake Erie. The eagerness to bite, simplicity of fishing techniques and the outstanding table fair, makes a lot of fun for all. All it takes to catch perch is a good rod and reel, a perch spreader, hooks and a sinker. Lake shiners prove to be the best bait. Location is the key, one day it could be short boat ride less than half a mile from shore, the next a 10 to 12 mile run. Most of the perch average under 10 in, but with luck you may run into a school of jumbos averaging 11-12 inches.
